What I do

I can work with you to help you cope with the day to day pressures of life.

My Philosophy

When you work with me you will find the confidence and motivation to make changes to enrich your life. I am are here to help you relax and to take away all the pressure of everyday life. 

I am dedicated to giving you my undivided attention during our session.

My Approach

I use a mix of my knowledge about Western approaches dealing with the causes and effects of stress and excess pressure and Eastern approaches to maintaining good health. 
 
My aim is to work with you to help you to take care of your health and wellbeing through a mix of relaxation, visualization and gentle exercise.  This is suitable for everyone.  If you are unsure about anything, I am happy to help.  Just contact me and I will answer any questions you have.
