A lasting approach to health and wellbeing can be yours. Working from my
home, I offer a calm and relaxing space overlooking a mature garden.
We will work in a space away from noise and
distraction. You will be taken through a personalized programme of relaxation, visualisation and gentle movement designed
to make you more aware of the needs of your body and mind. Together we will work out a programme suited to your needs,
and a programme that you can fit into your day to day life. This is suitable for everyone.
