programme by working with you. After around three sessions, I am sure that you will have the knowledge and confidence
to build this into your everyday life.

I will also show you how to make your own 'retreat' so that you have your own
space in which to relax.

This is suitable for everyone. It will reax you by regulating your breathng, loosening your muscles and helping your
circulation.

After each session I will give you some fun 'takeaways' to help build your
confidence and motivation. This will also help you remember what you have learned by working with me.

If you don't live in the area, why not book into one of our
local hotels or guesthouses, and treat yourself to a mini-break by the sea? At the same time you can book some
sessions with me, and gain something lasting to take home with you.
